Kings, defenseman Alec Martinez agree on two-year contract [Updated]

Restricted free agent defenseman Alec Martinez has agreed to terms with the Kings on a two-year deal.
Martinez, a native of Rochester Hills, Mich., had five goals, 16 points and 18 penalty minutes in 60 games as a rookie last season. He was +11 defensively and averaged 15 minutes and 16 seconds ice time per game.
